Zoelsmann's Bakery was opened in 1898 by Otto Zoelsmann. In that day a loaf of bread cost only ten cents. Since then, Zoelsmann's has served the people of Pueblo reliably. With a variety of delicous baked goods and a deli stocked with hard to find items like capricola and Sicilian green olives Zoelmann's has been a Pueblo tradition for years.
