Zoelsmann's Bakery & Deli

Pueblo's beloved neighborhood bakery since 1898

Our Story

Zoelsmann's Bakery was opened in 1898 by Otto Zoelsmann. In that day a loaf of bread cost only ten cents. Since then, Zoelsmann's has served the people of Pueblo reliably. With a variety of delicious baked goods and a deli stocked with hard to find items like capricola and Sicilian green olives, Zoelsmann's has been a Pueblo tradition for years.
